*ANNOUNCEMENTS*

Notebooks will be graded about a week before the end of the first quarter. The main ingredient for a successful notebook is ORGANIZATION. Your class notes should be in order, in the "Class Notes" section, and your homework assignments should be in the "Assignments" section. Assignments should be fastened into the notebook in the order that they were assigned. Consult your Assignment Calendars for the correct order of math assignments.

Please be sure that your 3-ring notebook has dividers in it, and that the 3 sections for Math are labelled: Math Notes, Math Assignments, and Other Math Stuff.

Do not attempt to keep your papers in "trapper folders."
